Welcome to North China Electric Power University

NCEPU is one of China’s most important universities, operating under the Ministry of Education’s direct supervision. It was built in collaboration between the Ministry of Education and the University Directorate, which is made up of seven super-large power companies, including China’s State Grid Corporation. NCEPU is divided into two campuses, one in Beijing and the other in Baoding, with the Beijing Campus serving as the major campus. For more than half a century, NCEPU has had the historic purpose of developing high-quality people for the national energy and power industry while also promoting scientific and technological growth.
