Also known as KLC or King’s, King’s College London is a public research institution of higher education which was founded by Arthur Wellesley and King George IV in 1829. It is known to be one of the oldest universities in England. From research that led to the discovery of the configuration of DNA and declaring air pollution awareness and approach to producing life-changing treatments and making maths education available to underrepresented groups – these are some of the ways that the university continues to have a transformational impact on society.
