Edge Hill University was established in 1885 and now has a student body of 15,000 students. The University is noted for the exceptional quality of its Computing, Business, and Teacher Training courses, and was named ‘University of the Year’ by Times Higher Education in 2014, following nominations in 2008, 2011, and 2012, and most recently in 2020.
