Universities in Taiwan

Universities there are ranked among the top universities in Asia for various subjects, particularly management. A whopping 32 out of 130 Universities come in the Times Higher Education World University Ranking and at least 11 universities are ranked within the top 500 worldwide as per the QS World University ranking. The 2016 Times Higher Education ranking put three Taiwanese universities on its global list of 150 for having the most employable graduates in technology. The top five universities in Taiwan have a better world ranking than the top 5 IITs and IIMs in India. Their highly ranked STEM programs combined with their industry partners give students a competitive ge. It is the fifth most affordable country to study in, in the world, with the cost of study in Taiwan being roughly around USD 4300.
