Cardiff Metropolitan University has roughly 12,000 students from 140 different nations enrolled across three campuses in Wales’ capital city. It was founded in 1865 as the Cardiff School of Art and Design, and in 2011 it separated from the University of Wales to become an autonomous university. Cardiff Metropolitan University consistently ranks highly in the UK Student Satisfaction Survey and has previously been ranked first in the UK for student experience, student support, and living experience. After completing their undergraduate studies, 94% of recent graduates were employed or enrolled in additional education.
