81. The University of Huddersfield- Huddersfield University was founded in 1825 and is a founding member of the Northern Consortium as well as a member of the Yorkshire Universities. It is located on a single campus in the north of England, just outside of the city. Over 18,000 students choose to study at Huddersfield, and the university has a strong track record of graduate employment, with 94% of undergraduates and 93% of postgraduates employed or pursuing further education six months after graduation. Every year, 2,000 students participate in work placements.
